Adhesive for Ceramic and Natural Stones

CERALOCK is an adhesive exclusively for structures with porcelain slab and natural stones, which has been developed for years by SAILLINE Co., Ltd., acquiring the indoor mark as an eco-friendly product.
The main ingredients of the product include methyl methacrylate resin, epoxy resin, aluminum hydroxide and other additives.
There are cartridge products of 50ml (70g) and 250ml (350g) and 20L(28kg), and it is a specialized adhesive having advantages differentiated from the existing adhesive for Solid Surfaces such as high adhesive strength enduring the weight of 3 adult men, its quick hardening time applicable to the automation line, a long expiry date (5 years), a far less residual quantity from discharge and its characteristic of being stuck right after the wet grinding work.

  • Adhesive with High Strength for Structures

    • The existing Solid Surfaces adhesive, sometimes, shows the phenomenon of a joint falling apart, which leads to an accident as time goes by because it can’t endure heavy weight when it is applied to the porcelain marble or quartz marble due to its weak strength. If you use the CERALOCK which is an adhesive for structures, you can solve safety problems by resolving these strength issues completely.

  • Maintaining its Strong Adhesiveness Even if Moisture is Not Removed Completely after Wet Grinding

    • In general, the bonding works for porcelain, quartz and natural stones are done after wet cutting and grinding followed by removing moisture and drying.This kind of work has a disadvantage that it takes quite some time.If you use CERALOCK, you save your time because of its excellent adhesive strength even if it is bonded without removing moisture on the bonding part completely.

  • Quick Hardening Time (Available within 10 min.)

    • CERALOCK is designed to have a quick hardening time and can be done quickly even at a low temperature, which saves your time.Upon a user’s request, it is possible to make a product with a hardening time of less than 10 minutes (working temperature 10℃-30℃).

  • Low TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds)

    • It has low concentration of TVOC which pollutes indoor air and does not contain harmful organic materials such as formaldehyde and phthalate etc. so it has acquired the eco-friendly indoor mark which qualifies for the indoor use.

  • Long Expiry Date (5 Years)

    • CERALOCK is able to endure the very long expiry date, 5 years.General acrylic Solid Surfaces adhesives have their expiry date of 2 years, and once the period has passed, they can’t be used anymore because of settlement of the content, discoloration and a drop in its hardening strength.However, CERALOCK is a very special prescription and has very good storage stability.

  • Various Color Materialization and Seamless Joint

    • CERALOCK is equipped with various colors to be matched so that a joint is not seen according to colors of material manufacturers, and we can match colors upon users’ requests as necessary.

  • Far Less Residual Quantity of Discharge from Cartridge Mixer

    • Due to the special nature of CERALOCK, there is little residual discharge of the cartridge mixer during bonding, so it prevents material stains due to residual amount and is easy and clean to use.
